Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, content, and technical SEO elements to enhance search visibility and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Report on KPIs, ROI, and other key metrics to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of SEO efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong technical SEO skills, including experience with on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
