Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized wealth management solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities for banking products, investment services, and insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment advisors, credit specialists) to deliver seamless, end-to-end financial planning and advisory services.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments to ensure alignment with clients’ evolving financial objectives and market conditions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Represent People Profilers at networking events, client seminars, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, and service quality, to senior management.
- Mentor junior relationship managers and support their professional development within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in wealth management, premier banking, or private banking, with a proven track record of managing HNW/UHNW client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, trusts, estate planning, and credit solutions.
- Professional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client segments.
- Proficient in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid/remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial planning software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
