Responsibility
- Develop high-quality visual designs for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UX) to align designs with business goals and user needs.
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, including logos, typography, color schemes, and imagery.
- Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools/technologies to ensure innovative solutions.
- Conduct user research and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Optimize graphics and assets for performance and accessibility across various devices and platforms.
- Present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, UI/UX, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch.
- Deep understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory, and composition).
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
