Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
- Create visual assets including logos, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to elevate our creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers when needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
