As a senior individual contributor and functional lead, you will spearhead IIXâs investor engagement strategies, cultivating relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Responsibility
- Investor Strategy & Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to attract and retain capital for IIXâs impact funds and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and philanthropic organizations.
- Fundraising Leadership: Lead fundraising campaigns, including pitch decks, roadshows, and investor presentations, to meet or exceed capital targets.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in impact investing, ESG criteria, and regulatory changes to position IIX as a thought leader.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and program teams to ensure alignment on investor reporting and compliance.
- Impact Reporting: Oversee the creation of impact reports and financial performance updates for investors, highlighting measurable outcomes.
- Event Representation: Represent IIX at conferences, investor forums, and media engagements to amplify our brand and mission.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior team members on best practices in investor relations and sustainable finance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in investor relations, capital markets, or investment banking, with a focus on impact investing, private equity, or asset management.
- Network: Established relationships with institutional investors, family offices, or development finance institutions in Asia.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial instruments, fund structures, and ESG/sustainability frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to design and implement investor relations strategies that drive capital mobilization.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in multicultural environments, with sensitivity to regional nuances in Asia.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), financial modeling, and data analytics platforms.
