job description
Are you a visionary designer who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments? Luxehouze Group is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in Jakarta. We are not a place for those seeking a slow pace or narrow scope; we are a hub for high-impact individuals who want to take full ownership of their work and contribute to our rapid scaling.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be the bridge between our business goals and the user experience. You will translate complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and high-converting digital interfaces. If you are passionate about pushing boundaries, obsessing over user journeys, and delivering world-class digital products, this is the environment where you will truly excel.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI layouts that align with our brand identity and enhance user satisfaction.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve product functionality and usability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and design best practices to ensure Luxehouze maintains a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the creative team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the e-commerce or luxury sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex projects and successful user-centric design solutions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software like Framer or Principle.
- Solid understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive web standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a bias for action and results.
