We are currently seeking a visionary Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. As our Creative Graphic Designer, you will be the guardian of our brand's aesthetic. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate the natural beauty of our pearls into stunning visual assets. Your role encompasses the entire creative processāfrom conceptualizing mood boards for new collections to executing high-precision product photography and designing multi-channel marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who doesn't just design but tells a story of luxury, craftsmanship, and sophistication.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive visual identities for new jewellery collections and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead high-quality product photography sessions, ensuring all jewellery pieces are captured with precision and elegance.
- Create engaging digital assets for social media platforms, website banners, and email marketing newsletters.
- Design high-end print materials including catalogs, brochures, lookbooks, and in-store promotional displays.
- Conceptualize and present creative mood boards that align with the brandās luxury positioning.
- Perform advanced photo retouching and color correction to maintain the highest standard of visual quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proven experience in product photography and professional photo editing/retouching.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated aesthetic and a high level of creative technical skill.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
