Join Toku as a Senior Technical Project Manager and lead the successful delivery of complex enterprise system integration projects across the APAC region. Based in the vibrant and dynamic locations of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage complex enterprise system integration projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integration and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a global or regional capacity, preferably in the APAC region.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
