Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of baristas to maintain Sancha’s high standards of tea preparation and customer service.
- Develop and implement innovative milk tea recipes, seasonal specials, and signature drinks to captivate customers.
- Ensure consistent quality control across all beverages, adhering to brand guidelines and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, track supply levels, and coordinate with vendors to maintain optimal stock of premium ingredients.
- Train new hires on brewing techniques, customer engagement, and operational workflows.
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to refine offerings and improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and efficient workspace that reflects our brand’s professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Barista, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Deep knowledge of tea varieties, brewing methods, and flavor pairing (bubble tea expertise is a plus).
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and presentation styles.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
