Responsibility
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Inpatient Ward, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during their hospital stay.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inpatient nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
