Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping to execution and closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, developing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure high-quality output within defined constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and performance reports.
- Implement and refine project management methodologies and best practices to improve team efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the project management office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically handling large-scale initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery with demonstrated success in meeting deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively.
