Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for large-scale financial and supply chain platforms.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to identify and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct performance, security, and regression testing to ensure software reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices in testing methodologies.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and work with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and tools.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for test automation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications in QA or testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
