Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for Xerox and Lexmarkâs enterprise products.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Optimize application performance through profiling, debugging, and refactoring existing systems.
- Implement secure coding practices and adhere to industry-standard compliance protocols.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative tools/approaches to enhance development workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and modern frameworks (Spring, .NET, Django).
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and RESTful architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bonus: Experience with document management systems, imaging technologies, or IoT integrations.
