Responsibility
- Design and implement high-performance, system-level software solutions for advanced automation equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware subsystems seamlessly.
- Optimize software performance to meet stringent timing and throughput requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold high technical standards.
- Develop technical specifications and documentation for system-level architectures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex system software issues in a live production environment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to improve system design, efficiency, and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in system-level software development using C/C++.
- Strong understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and multithreaded programming.
- Proven track record of optimizing software for hardware-intensive applications.
- Experience with low-level drivers, middleware, or embedded systems development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global engineering team.
