Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and platform updates to optimize content strategy.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and A/B testing.
- Provide monthly reports on social media performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing engagement and followers.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing trends and audience preferences.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
