Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, PSS, and OmniStudio to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional needs into technical specifications.
- Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Implement automation workflows using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex to streamline business processes.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure best practices and Salesforce governance.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, certifications, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Service Cloud and PSS implementations.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, and FlexCards.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Framework (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Configuration, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Workflows.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Copado, or Salesforce DX for deployment and version control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams and clients.
