As an Assistant Manager or Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of Salesforce applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability for our diverse range of global clients. Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Oversee the end-to-end support lifecycle for client Salesforce environments, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior Salesforce developers within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Manage deployment activities and ensure seamless releases across development, staging, and production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flow, Validation Rules, and Security Models.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
- Proven experience in an Application Support or Managed Services environment.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (Additional certifications like System/Application Architect are highly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in team management or project leadership (Assistant Manager/Manager level expectations).
