Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue across all segments (corporate, leisure, MICE, and groups).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners.
- Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding annual targets for room bookings, F&B, and event spaces.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions, packages, and digital campaigns.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met in all sales interactions, from inquiry to post-stay follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the Bali tourism market, including key source markets and seasonal trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
