  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts for group bookings, conferences, and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and promotional packages tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to adjust pricing and inventory strategies.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring seamless coordination from inquiry to post-stay follow-up.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
