Responsibility
- Develop and present technical proposals for industrial automation and oven systems to clients, ensuring alignment with their operational needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement customized automation solutions, including PLC programming, HMI development, and system integration.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients to showcase product capabilities and ensure smooth adoption.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market trends and client pain points in the industrial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers, plant engineers, and C-level executives.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and performance reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to enhance solution proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a deep understanding of technical specifications and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, industrial automation, or a related technical sales role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing automation solutions, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in oven systems, thermal processing, or industrial heating solutions (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 30%) to meet clients and support project implementations.
