Responsibility

  • Develop and present technical proposals, system designs, and cost estimates for chiller and large commercial machinery (CML/LCML) solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, conduct site assessments, and recommend optimal HVAC solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and end-users to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position Berca Carrier’s solutions effectively.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, ensuring technical specifications align with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry events to promote Berca Carrier’s products and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, HVAC systems, or technical sales within the commercial/industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of chiller systems, large commercial machinery (CML/LCML), and HVAC industry standards.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex technical sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
