Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of PCB schematics using Altium Designer and Zuken, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Develop and optimize embedded systems, including firmware and hardware integration, to meet performance and reliability targets.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration and manufacturability.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues before production.
- Support prototyping efforts, including PCB fabrication, assembly, and functional testing, to accelerate product development cycles.
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and embedded system issues during development and post-release phases.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in PCB design and embedded systems to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCB schematic design, with proficiency in Altium Designer and/or Zuken.
- Strong background in embedded systems development, including microcontroller/microprocessor-based designs.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and debugging of electrical systems and PCBs.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC, UL, CE, and RoHS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to document and present technical information clearly.
- Experience with signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations in PCB design is highly desirable.
