Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional QA team to ensure adherence to international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Investigate and resolve internal/external quality issues through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans (CAPA).
- Design, execute, and document acceptance testing protocols for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to align quality objectives with operational goals.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., defect rates, first-pass yield) and present data-driven reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Drive supplier quality audits and performance evaluations to mitigate risks in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Masterās preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/Quality Control within manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industries.
- Proven leadership in managing QA teams and cross-departmental quality projects.
- Expertise in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8D Problem Solving).
- Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), ISO 9001, or IATF 16949 are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Minitab, SAP QM, or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to liaise with global stakeholders.
