Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting for complex software projects.
- Develop and implement QA methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor and guide QA analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Identify, analyze, and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Automate testing processes where applicable, leveraging tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Monitor and evaluate test metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and software testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in QA testing, with at least 2+ years in a Test Manager or Lead QA role.
- Proven expertise in test planning, test case design, and execution for web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman, Appium).
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali, with a valid work permit or eligibility to obtain one.
- ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications are highly desirable.
