Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for HR IT initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery of internal applications, automation tools, and business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with HRIS and HR business partners to identify, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Oversee system integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality of HR applications (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Manage stakeholder communications, including status updates, risk mitigation, and change management for HR IT projects.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP/PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years focused on HR IT, HRIS, or enterprise software implementations.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), and HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong technical acumen with experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and automation workflows (e.g., RPA, APIs).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a global or multinational environment, with sensitivity to cultural and regional nuances.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Remote work experience with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
