Are you a seasoned Senior Production Support Engineer with expertise in Identity Management (IDM)? Responsibility
- Provide Level 3 production support for Identity Management (IDM) systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Lead incident and problem management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and security patches.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on IDM-related challenges.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline support processes and reduce manual intervention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in production support, with a focus on Identity Management (IDM) systems.
- Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and RBAC.
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, or relevant IDM technologies are a plus.
