Responsibility
- Maintain and update reference data for Pharmacy, Hospital, Outlet, NDF, TAPS, and OneKey systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries in accordance with established guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity and compliance with standards.
- Generate reports and provide insights on data trends and anomalies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members on data input best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with healthcare data systems is a plus.
