Responsibility
- Maintain and update customer master data in SAP and other relevant systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Monitor and validate customer data changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement data governance processes to enhance data integrity and consistency.
- Generate reports and analytics on customer master data to support business decision-making.
- Train and support end-users on data entry standards and best practices.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring seamless data transitions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in master data management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is advantageous.
