Responsibility
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies for digital loan products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the lending space, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless product development and regulatory adherence.
- User-Centric Design: Champion a customer-first approach by gathering feedback, analyzing user behavior, and iterating on features to improve engagement and retention.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and monitor product performance, using data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates, loan approval processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Risk & Compliance: Partner with risk management teams to develop policies and controls that mitigate financial and operational risks while maintaining a frictionless user experience.
- Innovation & Scalability: Explore emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain) to enhance product capabilities and scalability in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years specializing in digital loans, fintech, or financial services.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of loan origination systems, credit scoring models, and API integrations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience navigating financial regulations (e.g., OJK in Indonesia) and compliance requirements for lending products.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate product vision, requirements, and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
