Responsibility
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for geriatric and neurological patients, ensuring alignment with medical diagnoses and patient goals.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including mobility, strength, balance, and functional ability evaluations.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
- Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques (e.g., manual therapy, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy) to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize recovery.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Stay updated on latest physiotherapy research and best practices, integrating new methods into clinical work.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license (Indonesian or internationally recognized, with eligibility for local registration).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on geriatric or neurological rehabilitation.
- Proven ability to design and execute effective treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, diagnostic tools, and assistive devices used in rehabilitation.
