Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including import/export clearance, warehousing, and distribution.
- Accelerate clearance lead times by streamlining customs documentation and compliance processes.
- Ensure on-time export cut-off deadlines are met through proactive planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, customer service, and finance) to align operations with business goals.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Maintain strong relationships with customs authorities, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and managing high-volume logistics operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
