Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Lead a team of NOC engineers, providing guidance and support to resolve complex network issues.
- Develop and implement network monitoring tools and procedures to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network solutions that meet business requirements.
- Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations, with a focus on monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
