Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level network architectures, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based solutions.
- Lead network capacity planning and performance optimization to ensure seamless operations.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and IT teams on best practices in network security, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement robust security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Oversee vendor and stakeholder relationships for network hardware, software, and service procurement.
- Develop and enforce network policies, standards, and documentation to ensure compliance and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, Zero Trust, IoT).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei networking hardware and software (CCNP/CCIE certification is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching, and network virtualization.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, including VPNs, ACLs, and endpoint protection.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team with strong communication skills in English.
