Responsibility
- Design and architect enterprise-grade network solutions, including LAN/WAN, data centers, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Develop and implement network strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of network hardware, software, and protocols (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, SD-WAN).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and translate them into technical specifications and blueprints.
- Optimize network performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ITIL) and security best practices (e.g., zero-trust, encryption).
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership on complex network projects.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in network automation, AI-driven networking, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, AWS/Azure Networking) are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a design/architecture role.
- Proven expertise in routing/switching, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and network security.
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, SASE, or multi-cloud networking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN) and automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Experience working in global or distributed teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
