Responsibility
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) with a focus on Finance and Project Management modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable D365 FO solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize financial workflows, project accounting, and reporting structures.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for D365 FO, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide training to end-users on D365 FO functionalities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user adoption.
- Stay updated with the latest D365 FO features and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a D365 FO Functional Consultant, with a focus on Finance and Project Management.
- Proven expertise in D365 FO implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, project accounting, and ERP integrations.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.
- Experience in Life Sciences or Digital Transformation industries is advantageous.
