Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end healthcare meetings, conferences, and events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) with budgets ranging from $50K to $500K.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, medical affairs) to align event objectives with business goals.
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and service providers in Bali and across Southeast Asia to secure cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
- Develop event timelines, run-of-show documents, and contingency plans to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage on-site logistics, including AV setup, catering, transportation, and attendee registration for events with 50â1,000+ participants.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations (e.g., PhRMA, HIPAA) and Cardinal Healthâs corporate policies.
- Leverage event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) to track RSVPs, generate reports, and measure ROI.
- Post-event analysis: Gather feedback, assess KPIs, and present insights to improve future programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields; MBA or CMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate event planning, with at least 2 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical events.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget, multi-day events in international or luxury destinations.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with an existing network in Bali/Indonesia preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with proficiency in tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to travel 20â30% of the time for site visits and event execution.
