Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market share in Bali and beyond.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track ROI to optimize campaign performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, partnerships, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen brand reputation and network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven success in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing marketing professionals.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
