Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns for nutrition products across online (social media, email, SEO) and offline (events, print) channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development and sales goals.
- Create compelling, science-backed content (blogs, videos, infographics) to educate consumers on nutrition benefits.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools to optimize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, health professionals, and media partners to amplify brand reach.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in nutrition and wellness and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for health product marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the nutrition/wellness industry.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, CRM, social media platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with health professionals, influencers, or regulatory bodies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, multicultural team.
