Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of digital health and AI strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
- Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and academic institutions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of digital health.
- Prepare and present reports on digital strategy performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital strategy, consulting, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital health technologies, AI, and data analytics.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
