Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and investment opportunities to safeguard the company's assets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting principles.
- Experience in the property or real estate sector is highly desirable.
