Join HID Global as a Senior Manager / Director of Quality and lead our quality assurance initiatives in Bali. Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing quality team to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Develop and execute strategic quality initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee quality control processes, including inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and R&D teams to integrate quality best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize efficiency and reduce defects.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, regulatory, and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Represent the quality function in leadership meetings and customer engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and data analysis tools.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
