Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
- Diagnose and repair complex technical issues in building infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with property management to resolve critical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and document findings to support proactive maintenance planning.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to CBREās safety protocols and local regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and support staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related technical field.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in commercial or industrial environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Valid certification or license in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
