Responsibility
- Perform general cleaning duties in designated areas, including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and common spaces, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities in assigned areas to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures, leaks, or safety hazards, to the appropriate team.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic and hazard-free environment for residents and guests.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of events or gatherings held within the condominium premises, as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning coverage across all assigned areas.
- Adhere to all company policies, including punctuality, professionalism, and confidentiality regarding resident information.
- Provide exceptional service by responding courteously to resident inquiries or requests related to cleaning and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in general cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated shifts.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals, with a willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, lifting, or moving equipment for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
