Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and migration to Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), replacing legacy LAN/VPN access models.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of ZTNA solutions.
- Develop and enforce security policies, access controls, and identity management frameworks aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and security audits to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance security protocols and system resilience.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends, tools, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Act as a key liaison between the Cyber Security Office and other departments to align security strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Zero Trust Architecture, ZTNA, and modern identity/access management solutions.
- Strong background in network security, encryption, and secure protocol implementation.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while driving team collaboration.
