Responsibility
- Conduct wet chemistry analysis and manual laboratory testing in accordance with standardized procedures and industry regulations.
- Prepare, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Document and record test results, observations, and deviations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a secure and compliant laboratory environment.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research, development, and production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory apparatus to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and other relevant regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on wet chemistry and manual testing.
- Proven expertise in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, pH meters, and titration apparatus.
- Strong knowledge of chemical safety protocols and hazardous material handling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ISO, GLP, or GMP standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication and reporting.
