Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and services using Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze system needs, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance through code reviews, profiling, and best practices in Java development.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring Framework, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and software architecture.
- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong communication skills in English and experience working in a global, remote environment.
