Responsibility
- Design and implement end-to-end IT solutions for insurance sector clients, focusing on CRM and enterprise systems
- Lead the architectural vision for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and integrations with existing systems
- Develop and maintain solution design documents, including system landscapes, data flows, and integration patterns
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies (IBM, Informatica, etc.) to meet business objectives
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards in the insurance industry
- Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the SDLC process
- Conduct architecture reviews and present solutions to senior management and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proven track record with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and configurations
- Hands-on experience with IBM technologies and Informatica data integration tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) for client-facing communications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, IBM, or Informatica are highly desirable
- Experience working in agile environments and with cross-functional teams
