Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms.
- Lead cloud migration and hybrid cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to enhance scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Collaborate with project teams to define infrastructure requirements and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Implement automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes) to streamline deployment and management processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and disaster recovery planning to mitigate potential system failures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, with a focus on enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in network design (Cisco, Juniper), server administration (Windows/Linux), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and identity management.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS/Azure Certified, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
