Responsibility
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Senior High School (SHS) curriculum to ensure alignment with national and international educational standards.
- Mentor and support teaching staff in delivering high-quality instruction, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth.
- Monitor and assess student performance, implementing strategies to enhance learning outcomes and academic achievement.
- Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and stakeholders to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Organize and oversee academic programs, extracurricular activities, and student development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as universities and industry leaders, to provide students with opportunities for internships, workshops, and career guidance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve curriculum delivery and student engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in academic coordination, curriculum development, or teaching at the senior high school level.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire educators and students.
- In-depth knowledge of SHS curriculum standards, educational trends, and best practices in teaching and learning.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international educational setting is a plus.
