Responsibility
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Monitor and assess childrenās developmental progress, providing individualized support where needed.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, behaviors, and milestones.
- Utilize administrative software to maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as storytelling, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
- Assist in the daily operations of the preschool, including meal times, nap times, and hygiene routines.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool, kindergarten, or childcare setting.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Teaching, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); multilingual skills are a strong plus.
- Proficiency in using educational and administrative software (e.g., student management systems).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young learners.
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early education.
